Complete a Student Open Rehearsal Reservation Request Form
You must submit a reservation request to attend one of the NAC Orchestra’s free Student Open Rehearsal.

Please note that this is a reservation request only. It does not guarantee availability of seats or complete the transaction.

Once your reservation request is received, an Arts Alive representative will follow up by email or telephone within 5-7 business days to review and confirm availability of seats, review the details of your order, calculate pricing, and confirm any important instructions. We will then send you an invoice, at which point your seats are secured.

I hereby acknowledge that financial assistance is intended for students and schools that would not otherwise be able to participate in NAC school programming due to economic barriers, and that my school qualifies for this need. I understand that a limited amount of financial assistance is available for each NAC show/workshop and will be distributed, based on eligibility and availability, on a first-come first-served basis. I also recognize that financial assistance is limited to one subsidy per school per artistic discipline each school year.

There are two options of financial assistance available – please read both carefully and select the one you wish to apply for:*

Partial financial assistance (50%) – as funds remain available, 50% of the ticket price will be covered for each student regardless of the group size.Total financial assistance (100%) – this option is available for all group sizes, but only 35 tickets will be covered at 100%, while the rest will be charged at full price.
